The educational DVDs - EMG on DVD series from the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) have 9 volumes. They are authored by highly respected clinicians, scientists, and teachers with decades of experience.

Some authors of the current (and future) products are also members of the American Association of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPMR) society. Others work in close association with the PM&R departments at their respective institutions.

The products are unique in that they assume little knowledge of the topic. The lectures cover basic anatomy, physiology, recording techniques for nerve conduction studies (NCS) and electromyography (EMG), artifacts, case studies, etc. This makes it very useful training programs or for a review of material.

The DVDs also cover the uncommon studies, advanced topics, and author's personal experiences that will be of interest to experienced electromyographers.
