Fraud Prevention and Responsibility

Online purchase maybe easy and convenient using credit card and other online payment method. However there are always cases of fraud and unauthorized access of your card and banking details waiting to be happened.

It is your responsibility to safeguard these information by ensuring that your computer is free from spyware, trojan horse, malware or virus and the site you are making the purchase is not a phishing site. It is your responsibility to make an official police report and/or notify your credit card company immediately.

We are not liable to compensate or refund for your purchase unless you report the matter to us BEFORE we processed your order and make the delivery. we take fraud seriously and will not hesitate to make police report any suspicious orders or transactions. If you are found fraudulent, we may take legal action on your wrong doing. All cost arise from these actions will be borne by you.

Tax and Clearance

Every country has different method and varying level of stringency of custom clearance. Some countries may take up to 3 days or more for clearance by the custom. Therefore we take no responsibility of delay and regulation of order as it is beyond our control.

Your country may require you to pay import duties and it is your responsibility to do so. Failure to pay any agency fee and import duty may result in confiscation and forfeit of products to the local custom of your country. A return of goods by refusal to pay import duty by you may incurred certain custom agency fee. You will have to bear all cost incurred.

Delivery Policy

When your delivery arrives, please check thoroughly and make sure item(s) is in good condition. If your purchase item(s) is found damaged, simply reject the delivery and return it back to us immediately. Upon acceptance of the item(s) there will be no refund.

If we cannot reach the delivery address you provided or there's no one to receive the item(s) there will be a charge for reschedule delivery. If you decided not to have a reschedule delivery, we will refund you the balance after deducting shipping or process charges.

Placing Your Order

When you place your order with us we will process it within a day or two after we received your full payment. You will be notified via email when we processed your order. You will received another email regarding tracking number and delivery date. 

Cancellation

If you decided to cancel your order for whatever reason and are unable to do it yourself, please contact us as soon as possible before we process your order. No cancellation will be allowed once your order is being processed. Please see "Return and Refund Policy" for more details.
