Return and Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us for whatever reason, the following conditions must be met.
Return Policy Condition:
- The return of the item(s) must be approved and acknowledged by us before sending back.
- The item(s) is in its original condition with no sign of physical damage.
- The item(s) is still factory sealed and unused, i.e. including the box and all accessories.
- You, the customer, are to bear all shipping and insurance charges.
- A restocking fee of 30% or US$45, whichever is higher, applies to the item(s) bought exclude any other fee.
- All other fee associated to the sales of the item(s) will not be included in the refund.
- The return of the item(s) must be shipped by Fedex and a tracking number must be provided to us once approved for return.
Failure to meet the above return policy, we will consider the product as sold. Losses arise from the agreed return terms will be fully bear by customer. Any additional charges arise must be fully paid to us before refunding is made. Products that do not met the "return policy conditions" will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if we received them.
